raise any complaint, it will be closed without any intimation to you, and without solving the problem. In between if you write an email, you will get a standard reply that they are looking at it at high priority. But nothing happens literally, couple of times, the executive will visit your home to try to solve the problem, but I assure you it will be of no use.


Then finally I raised a request to cancel the services on 25th February, but till today nothing happend, when I called the customer care, they are telling it will happen in another 2 days. I also sent a mail to Nodal officer.

Keeping my fingers crossed, when they will terminate the services,have taken reliance netconnect connection and then i have disconnected it after 5 months. I have taken 10 Gb day and 10 Gb night plan. Every month i used to get a bill in excess of Rs. 3000/- they used to charge me for a head stating value added services. I have asked them to give me itemized billing. The bill used to mention i never exceeded 7 Gb in night/ day, still they used to bill me in excess.

I have escalated n number of times but nothing happened. they themselves dont know what is that value added service.
